Privacy
Clear about your data.
This notice explains processing on this website and in digital job applications.
Content and technical operation reviewed on 1 August 2026.
1. Controller
B-Recruited BV · Freddy Damsstraat 9 bus 2, 2100 Antwerpen · BE 0772.714.173 · welcome@b-recruited.be is the controller. Contact: welcome@b-recruited.be.
2. Data
An application includes name, email, optional phone, motivation, selected vacancy, voluntary answers and one or at most two PDF CVs of up to 5 MB each. A spontaneous application has no linked vacancy. Temporary connection, browser and device signals are processed for security. Cloudflare Turnstile checks on the application form whether a request appears human and legitimate. The IP address is pseudonymised for the daily limit and is not stored in readable form by the application.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We receive, link and manage your application and communicate with you. Processing takes place at your request before a possible contract and, where needed, under our legitimate interest in securely and demonstrably handling recruitment. The form confirmation records that you understand the processing; it does not replace another legal basis.
4. Recipients and systems
A secured server function sends applications directly to B-Recruited’s protected ERP. Authorised recruiters and necessary technical providers may access data within their remit. Cloudflare provides the Turnstile abuse check on the application form. API keys remain server-side. We do not sell your data.
5. Local preferences
Language, accessibility and cookie choices remain in browser local storage. Career, pathway and automation tools are calculated locally. This version has no advertising, analytics or social-media tracking.
6. Retention
The website does not retain applications in its own database; after transfer they reside in the ERP. B-Recruited keeps recruitment data only as long as needed for recruitment and legal duties. The specific ERP retention period must still be formally set before public production. Local preferences remain until you delete them in the browser or change your cookie preferences.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and object where the GDPR provides. You may complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority via dataprotectionauthority.be.
8. Security and changes
We limit file type, number and size, verify the PDF signature, rate-limit submissions per IP per day, enforce same-origin checks and protect the form with Cloudflare Turnstile. No internet service is risk-free. Material changes will update this notice and its review date.
